Centering BIPOC Voices

Let us be clear, this movement exists as a testament to our Black Queer staff who led our workers into speaking up against injustice in the workplace. As with all radical social change, Black voices continue to pave the way for our communities. Friends of Trevor United is committed to centering the voices of our Black, Latinx, Indigenous, AAPI, MENA/SWANA staff members. Our union commits to standing in solidarity with/for/alongside our BIPOC staff to ensure the safety, dignity, and respect of our most marginalized community. We can, and will, protect one another.
